Visited Audi Hawthorne today for a test drive and I must say I was highly impressed by their customer service. I visited other Audi Dealerships this week and they couldn't compare. I met with Carmelo and I must say he was amazing he is very professional and explained everything to me about the car I was there to test drive and answered all of my questions. I must say he is very passionate about his job. I also met Aniello the sales manager and he was just as professional and let me know I was in good hands. I let them both know that they blew the other Audi Dealerships out of the water and that I was highly impressed. There was absolutely zero pressure and I was very comfortable during my whole time there. I must say that Audi Hawthorne is probably the best dealership I have been to in my entire life and if you are in the market for an Audi I highly recommend checking them out. I had a wonder experience in dealing with Jonathan Velasquez. He was an excellent salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the Audi brand. I would ???? recommend him, if you stop in to make a purchase. I scheduled a test drive before I got there and the car was out front (no waiting for him to pull it up) which allowed me to see and walk around the car before getting inside. He was very professional and I appreciate his understanding of time. He was direct and didn’t drag out the process, he was efficient and proficient. Thank you Jonathan!
