Less than a week ago, Bonnie helped us in selecting our S5, and the experience was truly exceptional. Working with her was amazing – she is so professional and passionate- thoroughly explained all our options with great patience. Bonnie also gave time for us to consider, accompanied us on the test drive, and explained every detail of the car. So on the spot we knew S5 was exactly what we were looking for. I reached out to this dealership after finding the exact car I had been looking for and couldn’t find in my area. I spoke with Sebastian for a few days going over details and options… he was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I could only talk between clients. He gave me options and I told him I wanted to take the drive down (4 hours to Pasadena from my home) and purchase the vehicle the next day. He had Rick, his coworker, help me when I got there. He helped with the paperwork and getting the license plates off our current car for us to keep since they’re custom. The dealership was so clean and beautiful. And it was literally the easiest car buying experience my husband and I had ever had. The car is absolutely amazing. Sebastian even followed up with me after a few days to make sure I was still loving the car, which I was! My husband and I are thrilled with our experience and the car.
