I never felt pressured to make a purchase or uncomfortable during negotiations. The team was respectful, professional, and easy to work with, and it only took a couple of back-and-forth conversations to reach a deal. When I returned to pick up my car, they even had a bow on it, which was a nice touch. They walked me through every step of the process, and took the time to thoroughly review all the details of the vehicle with me.
