Jane Wen was the best- attentive, listened, answered questions satisfactorily. I was so glad she sold me my 2021 Audi tt. Explained all features of the car including the navigation and entertainment ( or infotainment as they call it), important since my last car was a 2006 with few features. Felt easy to converse with. The staff, front to back, were kind, courteous and professional. My vehicle was a build order, and I was kept informed consistently throughout the process. Pick up and delivery was smooth and efficient, with the final paperwork completed in a timely manner.
