Best dealer experience. I blew out a tire in the middle of Arizona Interstate. Towed on a Sunday to BMW Henderson 100 miles away. The next day on Monday morning - Victor A. took over with game plan. Went over tire options in detail. Answered all my questions about brands and run flat versus non run flat. We reside in Utah and I want to ensure my family is always safe. We replaced all tires (my choice) got alignment done and since my car was still under warranty - he addressed and BMW Henderson fixed all issues - other dealerships either missed or didn’t want to bother fixing.
