2026 BMW 2 Series 228 Gran Coupe

Overall experience was good. I wish they would have spent more time explaining ALL the features of the car. Then was told to drive it for a week or two then if I had questions to reach out. Sales manager and finance person were good to work with. Both were sensitive to my anxiety.

Wonderful buying experience. This was my first BMW but likely not the last. Ryan is a superb salesman. He is calm and gentle and extremely informative. He knew all the answers to my questions and describes himself as a “nerd,” because he knows so many facts about the product. Jay the manager was also low keyed and made the experience easy and stress free. I would certainly come back to BMW of Escondido in the future for additional purchases.

My experience at BMW of Escondido came down to the people: Ryan (sales) was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the cars. He had detailed answers to all of my questions, was never pushy, and listened to my needs. Al (manager) worked with me on price and gave me an incredible deal, beating every other dealership in SoCal. Zero haggling. Greg (finance) made signing loan documents the easiest experience and explained all the fine print very well, which made me feel really comfortable. Ana (service) seems great too. I’m scheduled to take my new M4 in for its first service soon. Everyone at BMW of Escondido was super friendly and honest. They actually work as a team over there from start to finish, which provides the best outcome for the customer. I’m very happy I purchased my car there.
