Galleria is hands down the best dealership I have ever had the experience to work with. This was my 4th car purchase and my second BMW. The process was smooth, the communication was amazing and on delivery day everyone made me feel extremely special. Austin was amazing handling my out of state deal, as soon as I had a question about something he was already on top of it for me and taking care of it. Cody in finance was very organized and professional, I never felt pressured to buy anything additional and he truly was helpful with the leasing documents. The geniuses I worked with on delivery day Ryan and Brody were so excited to show me my new car and made the experience even more enjoyable. The beautiful ladies who greeted me when I came in were so accommodating, knowing I just had a long flight and made sure I had coffee and took care of my luggage while I took delivery. I’m so happy to be apart of the Galleria family and this will FOREVER be my dealership for all my out of state purchases.

Great experience purchasing a 2024 BMW M3 from Galleria BMW. Jake Martin was my sales advisor and did a great job communicating and keeping me updated on the status of the car. Finance department was no frills and expedited the purchase process. I did my purchase from out of state remotely with no issues.
