You have an ease about you when interacting with frustrated customers. Every department you called to assist me was beyond helpful. My car shined up until the bad weather hit Texas. Boris ???? You are one of the coolest, most genuine, and patient salesmen I’ve ever met. I walked in thinking we’d be ignored or told no when we asked to drive the G83, but NOPE. You proved us wrong drive and let us drive it the RAIN ?????. At BMW Plano we sat in numerous cars in the showroom but we were never approached. It seemed like they assumed we weren’t serious buyers. This saddened us because we really wanted a new BMW. Thanks for treating us like humans and for being a kind soul.
