Check in process was easy and quick with no waiting, kept me informed about the service progress and recommendations for other services needed, included a video with what actually was done and other problems that existed. Appreciated that I was given a loaner to use once it was discovered that services could not be completed within that day and that way I did not have to wait at the dealership all day.
