Eric has produced a really great service team that I've consistently relied upon year after year, who also know me by name when I walk in the door. Thank you Mini for breaking out from under the stereotype, and as a female especially, for restoring all lost faith in dealership service! Perhaps other dealerships will pay attention and do the same.

I don’t have enough words to express, how much I love my new countryman or the wonderful experience I had purchasing it. Tim and Sean were awesome!
