Joanne made the buying of my new mini cooper comfortable and painless. She did not give off that pushy , sales person vibe. She was warm , genuine and friendly. I was offered many options and felt like I went home with the best deal possible. The manager Joe as also fantastic. I looked forward to seeing their friendly faces Every time I need to bring it in for maintenance
