After sitting in my car for a few minutes, I walked up, and Melissa greeted me. We talked about the car I liked, and after the test drive, I knew I wanted the car! Sarah the finance lady was just as helpful! I really loved my other car "Marilyn Monroe," we had a good run and now it's time for Ella Fitzgerald to hang with me for the next chapters...I recommend Mini in Ontario, CA!

Every step of the experience, from an oil change and fixing some recalls with the service department, to finance, to sales was not only smooth but pleasant. They had a borrow car available so we could go grab a bite to eat while they serviced and detailed the car, and surprised me with the bow! It was SUCH a good experience and I am so grateful.
