Great car buying experience! Our salesman, Sean, graciously welcomed us to the dealership and quickly helped us find the car we wanted to buy. Sean and his manager, Carlos, worked effectively together to offer us a deal that met our needs and expectations. Other members of the sales team helped us with a great lunch recommendation while our paperwork was being processed, and Christian in the business office made the paperwork process effortless. We met a friendly service advisor, Dawn, who made sure we knew to contact her with any problems we might encounter. Following delivery of our new MINI, we had the opportunity to share any concerns with MINI of Las Vegas' general manager, Tylor, who personally answered our follow-up questions. My first experience at Mini of Las Vegas was great! I was greeted warmly and my car service started on time. The receptionist walked me to the clean and comfortable waiting area and showed me where I could help myself to coffee or water. The service manager came out to the waiting room and told me about a special on oil changes and explained the issues my car was having and we talked about a good timeline for getting the repairs done. He didn’t pressure me at all and was very kind and polite. Checkout was easy and efficient and then he walked me out to my car which received a complimentary car wash. A+ experience here, I highly recommend.
