2026 MINI Hardtop John Cooper Works

I originally brought in my older Mini for a recall and had such a great experience with the service department. George was so pleasant to work with. I really felt like I was taken care of from the first moment I arrived. My vehicle went through an extremely thorough and detailed examination. I was very impressed with the video and detailed documents sent directly to me. Never seen this before. I had many other issues that needed to be taken care of and I did all that I could afford at this time. My vehicle is mostly driven by my young adult son who is on the autism spectrum. This is the only vehicle that provides him with safety, comfort, and control. He has never driven any other car. I hope we can make it last a very long time. THANK YOU!!

This place is excellent. They took me the same day I had the issue with my Mini Cooper and they jumped on my car to find out that I had an incompatible screen, and when I get the new screen, they will recode it Very pleased with them. Malcom and the Service Manager were cordial and very helpful.
