Joanne made the buying of my new mini cooper comfortable and painless. She did not give off that pushy , sales person vibe. She was warm , genuine and friendly. I was offered many options and felt like I went home with the best deal possible. The manager Joe as also fantastic. I looked forward to seeing their friendly faces Every time I need to bring it in for maintenance

I had a very good experience while buying my car at Patrick Mini. I worked with Joanne and she was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Since i lived out of town, she made sure I had detailed pictures, and all specifications, as well as everything I needed and wanted, all the way to the delivery!
