Michael Miller is an amazing sales representative at Grand Rapids Mini and treated me exceptionally well. He amazingly sent a car/driver to bring me in from Detroit area. Everything was on point from the condition of the vehicle on delivery to the paperwork in the F&I office. My Wife recently purchased a CPO Mini Cooper S 4 door Hardtop. The sale wasn't the easiest one we have ever had, but Michael kept his Composure, Jason was incredibly responsive, and Shawn made sure the signing process was done in a timely manner to make sure we could fit it in our busy schedule.
