My daughter purchased her first car today from Mini of Annapolis and I joined her to assist the process. I have to say the experience was incredible. The Manager Dan turned an unfortunate situation into a great experience. While we were on our way to the dealership the car we were going to test drive was sold. My daughter was devastated but Dan found a similar car that was recently traded and made us an incredible deal we couldn’t pass up. We’d been researching Mini’s and this price plus the price we got for our trade was better than we’d gotten anywhere. My daughter was so excited and she got a better car than she was expecting for less money. Our sales associate Grant was fantastic as well and not pushy. The finance manager was also a pleasure and got us a lower rate than our credit union. I will be buying my next car from here next time for sure. Can it recommend them enough!!

Quick service and convenient service. Very comfortable spot to wait. Car rides better and they were friendly. Was a last minute appointment and they definitely squeezed me in through their online portal. So easy to use to setup an appointment. Bathrooms are clean. Enough snacks to try there while you wait. Will go there again com my next maintenance appointment.
