The experience is great. Everything is clear, and the service is good. I've got the ideal car, a 2022 Mini Cooper 4-door in pepper white, which is exactly what I was looking for and have looked for months. Glad I made the purchase and completed everything in one visit. The salesperson, Roberto Brown Jr., at MINI of Annapolis was great, not pushy, and polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service from MINI of Annapolis. Scheduling online was straightforward. Corey, service advisor, was ready when I arrived to wait for my car. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and has great lighting. There is a table to sit and work while connected to the WiFi. Service was done in 90 minutes as stated allowing me to be on my way.

Had a great experience buying my first mini recently! Christian was awesome, and checked in on us while we browsed options.
