2026 MINI Hardtop Cooper S

This week I visited the parts department in search of the necessary items needed to change several trim pieces to black on my 2021 MINI S. Your Chris Lawrence was enthusiastic and made great suggestions as to the parts needed and provided me with estimates for the project. He even provided best days to order for quicker turn arounds. Chris sold me on buying locally for my current and future projects!

MINI Nashville does it right! Customer service has exceeded my expectations anytime I bring my mini in for service - Debbie takes excellent care of me each and every time! They're quick and I'm usually not waiting very long. Julian (technician) listened to the concerns and thoroughly addressed any issue (today in particular 7/24/24). Brandi helped me out today too by ensuring there was no separation in the tires and informing me on the best tires to opt for on my Countryman and why, as my dog and I will be going for a long road trip soon and may be moving somewhere that has more extreme weather conditions. Thanks to the team at MINI Nashville, I have peace of mind before heading out on a cross country adventure and any other time in driving day-to-day! ..I even spilled a coffee all over the place this morning by accident and two team members kindly helped me get that cleaned up as well! Thanks again on that one :)

I’m grateful to Debbie and her service team for being flexible and working with me to complete a time sensitive task that required a special tool I didn’t have to remove my license plates. I look forward to coming back for a proper service appointment soon! ??
