    This was my 1st time @ a mini dealership, and my 1st new car purchase in over 30yrs! In-between I've leased new cars but not a purchase. There's a big difference between leasing and buying on many levels. So I was a little apprehensive about a purchase. That said I 1st contacted the dealership by phone and spoke with Evan. We had good conversation and he was very informative. I didn't feel pressed in any way to go into the dealership but chose to make an appointment with him to look and possibly test drive a mini. We met in the morning and after reviewing the current inventory we took a test drive in a convertible mini s with the top down of course ????. The cars sell themselves and the sales associates provide the customer service experience you're looking for when buying a car in this category. Evan was relaxed, efficient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. I also was trading my current vehicle and I loved how they used the KBB process to determine value of my trade. The financing went smoothly as well (thank you Chris) and I was overall ecstatic about my new car and experience I had with the team @ Pittsburgh Mini!!! Thank you all ????

    Not really wanting to drive downtown to see a Mini Countryman that I reviewed on the Internet, I made the trip from Wexford. I am sure glad that I did! Evan was a joy to deal with and after a few days of 'shopping' around, I bought the vehicle on March 26th. This car is much nicer that I ever anticipated and financing was a breeze.     Many thanks to Kyle, Jason and Ian for the exceptional customer service they provided me for my 2023 MINI Countryman purchase! They were easy-going throughout the entire process from the test drive all the way to the financing. You know you're getting a great vehicle when you purchase a MINI (owned a 2-door and 4-door hardtop in the past), and adding fantastic customer service was icing on the cake!
