We were very impressed with the professionalism of the sales staff. Charlie took the time to thoroughly explain the features of our new vehicle and to answer any questions that we had. He sat with us in the interior of the car to highlight the navigation system and communication system for the car. He assisted us in registering at the Mini website and in synchronizing our phones with the car’s systems. As our sales representative, Charlie was very attentive and engaging throughout the entire process. The financial manager was also very thorough and professional. Finalizing the details of the purchase was smooth and positive. All transactions and agreements were clearly explained. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an efficient and effective approach to purchasing a new car.

Kate and Krista were amazing. My experience was more than I would have imagined buying a used 2021 Mini Manual transmission. Best dealership experience ever. Kate in sales and Alex in Service are fantastic. Some dealers make you feel second class when purchasing a used vehicle, but they went above and beyond throughout the entire process.
