My experience with Mini of Fort Myers was excellent! I had gone for a service appointment and decided to look at purchasing a newer car. Beth Monde was a delight. She is very professional and knowledgeable and no high pressure. I ended up purchasing a new Countryman and couldn’t be happier. Everyone I have worked with at this dealership is friendly and helpful. This is my third Mini I have purchased.
The sales person was knowledgeable about the process and comfortable to test drive with. The finance office was easy to work with and not overbearing. I don’t feel scammed. The only negative was it was the first time I bought a car and didn’t get a full tank of gas. The deal however was very good. I ended up with exactly what I wanted in a car.
Wow! What a great experience! Nick went above and beyond to really explain the services that my car needed. I am thrilled with the result, the car drives like new! We also met Beth in Sales who is super knowledgeable, & we are looking forward to our next Mini!
