Everything was very convenient! All correspondence was through email until the very end when we chose to deliver our truck that we were trading in for our new Mini. They were offering pick up of the truck and drop off of the Mini! The staff (especially Jordan and Catherine) was incredible and accommodating! Thank you for everything! We love our new Mini!
