I really enjoyed my experience with Paul Miller Audi. I worked with Albert Chua who was sincere in finding me the car that I wanted and at the price that made sense for both of us. Unlike other Audi dealerships I went to, Paul Miller seemed to want to help me find the right car versus just try and put me into something that they had on the lot that day. Obviously, every dealership likes to negotiate but I found that Albert and the Paul Miller Audi team were sincere and transparent with the process. I am really happy with the car buying process there along with the car that I bought!

The best car buying experience I have ever had. I will make the drive from Buffalo NY to NJ when I'm ready to upgrade. Angelo Simone helped me purchase a CPO 21 Audi S4 January 2024. I wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend Angelo for any new or used car purchase. He has spectacular attention to detail and excellent communication skills. He ensured the purchase experience was seamless-he had small flaws and imperfections expected from a used car unexpectedly fixed prior to delivery and made sure the car was showroom condition on pick up. I had told him I had never purchased a new car, so on delivery day he made it feel like a new car purchase-with the window-sticker posted to the window and extremely thorough walk around. Angelo was also extremely kind and respectful to my family who was with me on pick up and included them in the whole process. He also followed up, even several weeks after the purchase, to make sure the car was up to standard. He even went out of his way to answer a question when I inadvertently messaged him on his day off. I don’t commonly write reviews but I felt Angelo’s level of care and compassion were extremely commendable. I have never received this level of service from any other sales associate or dealership in that matter. I highly recommend Angelo and Paul Miller Audi for anyone in the market.
