ok , It's my first Audi car from Audi Naples but in the same time it's a car number 7 from the shiny star ( Kyle Harsh ). 6 when he was In Vw Naples and now I joined to Audi after he moved to Audi. I am sure he will be a Shiny star in Audi sky as he was in Vw Sky. He's an awesome, amazing , knowledgeable, professional and caring guy about his clients. He listen well, always very helpful about his clients needs and that makes me his client since 12 years ago with 7 cars. Even if I moved to Orlando since 5 years I still come down to Naples to get my cars from him and doing my maintenence in Naples because they make me feel at home. Great team, great dealership. My mother was in the market for a Q5 but hadn't purchased a car in years so I said I would help. I live in San Diego, so visited Yelp for Audi of Naples and read some good reviews for Brandon Headrick and decided to reach out to him about a particular car I saw on their site. Even though it was his day off, he still answered all my questions promptly and then followed up the next day with any minor details. Once we decided on car, Brandon handled everything as the ultimate professional, dealing directly with my mother but keeping me in the loop.
