We had the best experience at the Milwaukee Audi dealership and were treated with the utmost kindness and respect. We were very pleased with Max, the Brand Specialist I worked with as well as Emad, the Sales Manager. Max was extremely knowledgeable. Before we went for a test drive, he took the time to go over many of the vehicle features, which we appreciated, and answered our questions. I never felt pressured when making my decision and felt like they genuinely wanted my business. Once I decided to purchase, Max even came in on his day off to complete the purchase so I could pick up the vehicle. He thoroughly went over all the features and set up the app on my Q8. I did have a couple issues after purchase, but Max responded to my inquiries promptly and resolved the issues. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for an Audi and will do business with them again!
