2025 Audi RS Q8 -

I had wheel bearings go out on my Allroad recently on a trip through Michigan. I was close to Ann Arbor Audi and made my way in. The service advisor, DJ, jumped on my problem right away and quickly had it diagnosed and scheduled for repairs. He even had me driven to a nearby hotel since the dealer had to have the parts sent over so they could work on my car immediately the following morning. There was only one glitch which Ann Arbor Audi agreed to take care of later. I’m impressed.

In recently purchased an Audi Q8. Needing to setup my Audi app as a new user Patrick Curley quickly assisted with no hesitation. He walked me through the process quickly and was very helpful. Thank you!

Alyssa and Joe were awesome! They are the service advisors for Audi. I have a RS7 so I am very weird about who touches my car and the work that’s done on it. They made me feel very comfortable and even gave me a ride down the street to take care of some business while they did the work. I drive 50 minutes just to get to them in Ann Arbor and I definitely recommend them then any of the other 3 dealerships in Detroit metro area.
