He gave me THE MOST AMAZING service. As a young girl, a process that would have been so scary was so smooth because God was really working specially through Lou today. Kudos to Audi Silver Spring Service Department. I am a first time customer with a longstanding issue another Audi Service Department would not or could not address. Service Rep Lou Nguyen was great in taking care of my vehicle and helping to resolve the issue with my MMI. Additionally, I want to recognize Ed (apologize fir not getting his last name) in Sales who took the extra time to assist me in re-connecting my smart phone to my vehicle, as well as provided me tips on customizing features in my vehicle.
