Vehicle shopping is stressful, but Carlos and the team made it a lot easier. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Carlos followed up with me, even after purchasing my new vehicle, to make sure I was all set. I even had questions about bed liners and accessories, and he still goes above and beyond to help guide me. He is very personable, and worked hard to ensure I got the type of vehicle I wanted, while staying within my budget. I went to several other dealerships to shop around, and the customer service I faced was nothing in comparison to what Carlos and the Executive team showed me. I was never pressured to make a decision before I was ready. This is my second time purchasing from an Executive dealership, and I'll always shop from them. I am so happy with my new vehicle, it was definitely the best option for me. Carlos works hard! I showed up without an appointment and he still made time to help me out. He was multi tasking, working with other happy customers, and still made me feel like a priority, and not just a paycheck. It's obvious he takes pride in his work. If you're considering buying a Chevy, I highly recommend talking to Carlos and he'll guide you through the process with ease. Skip the pushy salesperson pitch from other dealerships and go to Carlos.

Max Pieper makes the service department THAT much better than it already is. He's caring, compassionate, and works to get his customers the results we seek. The waiting area can use a bit of an overhaul. Executive Chevrolet should consider floating tables with outlets and office chairs for those of us that need to work while we are waiting for our vehicles (which appears to be a lot of us).

Ive purchased 2 cars from this place over the years now. I Traded in my Suburban for a newer one last week. Obed was my sales person and I have to say he was the most knowledgeable and kind salesman I've ever worked with. He was honest and knew his stuff. Highly recommend him and this dealership.
