Alan provided all requested information, pricing, and helped to schedule the service. Cory on the other side pick up the car and handle all necessary work during the visit. These guys demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Their attention to detail and willingness to address all my concerns truly set them apart from other dealerships. I am grateful to the service technician also, who worked on my car, and provided recommendations for services need to be done (unfortunately or luckily, I’m taking care of my car and all the recommended service I have already performed). Having visited several Audi service departments in the NYC area, I can confidently say that Audi Nyack stands out as the best.
