He conducted a thorough assessment and presented two options: Plan A if the diagnostic result was favorable, and a backup Plan B in case Plan A didn’t resolve the issue. I truly appreciated the transparency throughout the process, including detailed photos of the problem area. Justin also provided regular updates and recommended necessary maintenance for my vehicle. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience commendable.Another aspect of concern was the expense associated with these repairs. It would be beneficial to extend special considerations to government employees beyond the standard 10% discount, especially given the repair cost creep up over thousands of dollars.
