The entire process took only about 2 hours, and before we knew it, we were driving home in an amazing vehicle that we couldn’t be happier with. The staff was incredibly professional across the board, and I especially want to highlight the exceptional service provided by our sales manager, Sean Santis, and finance manager, Evan Johns. Sean was extremely polite, respectful, and attentive to our needs throughout the whole process. Evan made the financing smooth and stress-free. I bought an Audi recently from Carvana (don't judge me) and immediately took it to Audi Melbourne for its service and have it checked out. Everyone was so incredibly nice. Mike was my service rep and he was a super cool dude and into 3D printing, which ups the cool points to me since I have 4 printers myself. Since I had such a great experience here, my husband decided he wanted to check out an Audi for himself. We were greeted by Tony and from the very first second it was such an awesome experience. Tony was very knowledgeable and polite, and pretty funny too. He and my husband are both F1 fans, so they were cool immediately. We ended up buying a '23 SQ8. My husband still has a smile on his face everytime he starts his new car. We had to go back yesterday to have my second key configured for my etron, and Tony came over and chatted with us and even showed me a bunch of cool software features my etron had. Even though I didn't buy my car from them, I still felt like I was a part of the family and that's special. Today in the mail I received a handwritten thank you card from Tony, and that was the iciing on the cake for me. Never ever have we had such incredible customer service, and certainly not a handwritten thank you. This dealership is awesome, all of the people we encountered are awesome, and I highly recommend Audi Melbourne for anyone in the market for a new car.
