2025 Volkswagen ID. Buzz Pro S

We were on a road trip from Virginia visiting family in Fla. In Tallahassee the check engine light came on. The dealer there couldn't see us for three days. Since we were traveling on to Mobile we called and Dan, a service rep.,was very helpful, and told us to bring it in and they would check it out. Long story short they ordered the part and installed it the next day. Our trip was not delayed. I think Dan went above and beyond what' was expected. The overall experience was excellent.

Walked in not knowing if I would have my needs met. I was greeted by Jordan and he stayed with us every step of the way. Jordan and the team did everything they could to ensure I got an awesome deal and that I was happy. I drove off in my new 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport! I love it! The service team at Volkswagen of Mobile is friendly and professional. They kept me updated on the progress of my recall repair and had my vehicle ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. Outstanding service from a great group of individuals!
