They add a new level to customer experience. I have never been so impressed by any dealer's service experience. Describing them as a "concierge experience" isn't enough. From telephone interactions to accommodating your complicated schedules, their face-to-face interactions, and all the lovely amenities of their location, it is an absolute pleasure to bring your vehicles here. They will, quite literally, take care of you and your vehicles from the moment you arrive until the service is complete. Stay and have coffee or relax in their beautiful open space, or be transported from your door to theirs and back. They go so far beyond the normative dealership/service experience that I do not think I will want (or need) to go anywhere else.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. You get text updates on the status of your vehicle, which is very convenient.
