Colton at Crown Volkswagen is the best! Most young women would be highly intimidated going to negotiate a new car on their own but Colton was kind and quick to explain so many things. He even has since checked up on me. He is the best and I love my new car!!!
Crown Volkswagen helped me out with leasing a new ID.4. The texting with them to arrange the lease was nice. They did not get weird on me at any point, but just offered what they had. I would not hesitate to buy a car from them in the future.
I can't say enough wonderful things about the Volkswagen dealership in Lawrence, KS. As an out-of-state student at KU, I don't have a lot of people I trust in Lawrence. but the team at this dealership went above and beyond to help me in ways I never expected. A few months ago, I needed a headlight fixed urgently. I called several places in Lawrence, only to be told they couldn't see me for at least 30 days. In desperation, I drove to the Volkswagen dealership to see if they could do it there. The nice man at the desk told me that they could do it. I assumed that since I didn't have an appointment, I would have to wait awhile, but he got up from behind the desk and changed my headlight right there. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and to my surprise, when I went to pay, he only charged me for the light itself and not for the labor. This act of kindness left a lasting impression on me. Recently, one of my roommates has had a little bit of a stalking situation, so we bought a hidden camera detector, and something in her car was setting it off, and the police told us they didn't have time to come help search the car. I immediately remembered the kindness the man at the Volkswagen dealership had shown me, and I thought maybe he could help. I explained the situation and offered to pay if he could just jack the car up so we could see underneath. He said absolutely you don't need to pay me and you don't need an appointment. When we brought the car, he didn't just jack it up and let us look. He spent over 30 minutes looking at himself, checking the inside and outside, until we found something under my roommate's seat that was setting off the detector. His patience and dedication to making sure we felt safe were truly remarkable. The Volkswagen dealership in Lawrence, KS, is more than just a place to get your car serviced; it's a place where genuine kindness and exceptional customer service are standard. If you need any help with your vehicle, I highly recommend paying them a visit. They have earned my gratitude and loyalty for as long as I have been in Kansas.
