John Alford was genuinely an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. After a not so great experience with our nearest VW in Lewisville, we decided to travel a little further and visit VW in Grapevine. John greeted me and my mom with a smile, and I immediately knew this was going to be a 10/10 experience. Even though we were there until way past closing time, he never made us feel like a burden and got us an amazing deal. He deserves a raise and all the praise for dealing with us, lol!
