Wonderful experience! My vehicle was leaking coolant. Volvo fixed my vehicle promptly while I waited with my children in the front lobby enjoying coffee. Staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!
I loved my experience at Bedard! Both times I was there I worked with Ian and Volvo but all the staff were courteous, attentive, and happy! Ian was terrific…absolutely no pressure and remembered me even though I hadn’t been there in a year. No hard sell and a fair deal. Will use again!
Bedard Volvo always provides the best service. You make your appointment and they’re always ready for your car and you don’t wait long while they service it. They give you information about what you may want to fix and are never pushy. The waiting area is comfortable and I’m able to get work done while I wait.
