Smythe Volvo are Great! Usually the idea of going to a dealership to buy a car is something I dread, knowing that the sales people will be pushy or try to squeeze me for a bad deal. Our experience was the opposite! Neil was patient and answered all of our questions, but did not try to push a deal on us. He also worked with us to get a great trade-in offer. He made sure we were aware of all of the special offers we qualified for, and was careful to make sure we were happy with all of the options on our new Volvo. Don was so helpful setting us up with all the features of the car, and David was welcoming and helpful in service. This was the most positive experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Smythe Volvo really made buying our first Volvo buying experience a notably good one. Working with Jesus was great. He exceeded our needs with showing us vehicles and getting us the one we wanted (XC40). We never felt pressured or rushed when making our decision on what we wanted and he made the whole process pretty seamless once we did make our decision. After we made our purchase Alex was awesome with helping us get oriented with all the features of the car, a service that we weren't expecting but was very helpful.
