I really like the team there. Their very professional. Although, I was inconvenienced and had to bring my car back several times before my issue was resolved I was not upset because they were friendly and kept me informed. The wait area is relaxing and accomadating. The facility is clean.
Traveling out of town I had a turn signle out. We looked for the dealership on the map and this was the closest one. Jon the service rep (he could have been manager, he was very professional) came out reviewed the situation. In less time than it took to get a water he had it changed and we were on our way. In this case they did not charge us for the service or the bulb. VERY Impressive. My wife and I both drive Volvos and neither are new. These guys weren't fishing for a bigger sale or bigger repair - they just went about and beyond. You should consider Volvo if you want great service.
