Grubbs Volvo Grapevine Service Dept.always greeted us within one minute of arrival. The personel in charge of vehicle in-take was courteous and quickly got us in.David the service advisor, thoroughly explained the maintenance procedures I had questions about during the visit. Admittedly- I am/was a bit skeptical around any car "stealerships" but during my road test , I experienced a noticeable driveability improvement after the transmission fluid exchange service was performed this morning. Lastly, entire shop and showrooms were spotless.I believe Grubbs has the customer's interests and best Volvo service practices at heart. They have earned my trust assisting in the care and up-keep of our XC60.

After our Subaru was totaled from a wreck recently, we were searching for a new car. I’ve always wanted an XC90 just for the luxury experience but also the amazing safety features. Justin the manager greeted us and Jack helped us find a car that would be ready in the time we need it (since we were having to turn our rental car in) and it was the perfect one for us! 2022 with low miles and the best price I’ve seen in person and online.
