2026 Volvo XC60 T8 Plus Dark AWD

I have experienced the service at Beyer Volvo twice since buying my car there from Anthony, who was an excellent sales person. He followed up immediately with every request and concern I had. As far as the service department goes they are amazing. A perfect 10. Kind, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait long for an appointment and the issues were handled in a timely manner. Craig was very helpful and solved my issues immediately both times. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my car serviced. Everyone at Beyer Volvo is personable, helpful and experts in their field. And I mean everyone. I Loved the cashier. Wish I remembered her name. She was pleasant, polite and very helpful. Other sales people were giving me hints about the car, car play, and other things while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Just a great place… and I love my car!

When I moved to this area I wanted to find a Volvo dealer that had a good reputation and excellent customer service. I decided on Beyer Volvo in Falls Church. What a great choice! My service advisor, Elijah, is awesome. While I’ve only had to visit a couple of times, the communication and service I’ve received has been great. I’m a firm believer that the most important function of a dealership is the service department - without a decent one, the dealership is just a sales facility and not worth the time or headache. It’s apparent that Beyer Volvo understands this. When the time comes for me to trade in and buy a new Volvo, they will definitely get my business. Beyer Volvo - doing it right!
