All around awesome car buying experience! I do not jump in right away when buying a car so it took several visits to Crest Volvo. I actually started looking 3 months before making a purchase. Michelle was patient, professional, and kind. She helped me search for the right car and set up test drives as needed. We communicated by both phone and text. It was nice knowing I was on her radar as she sent me possible car choices and periodically checked in by text during the months between my first test drive to my last.
