Simply sensational.???? I’ve been shopping at Bergstrom for over 20 years because they have the best customer service and always take care of me. All of the sales people and everyone in the service department has always treated me like family and that means a lot. I stopped in today. My oil light went on in my Volvo and Jeremy told me to come in even though I didn’t have an appointment. The Talented mechanics at Bergstrom took a quick peek at my car and reset the light. They also topped off my oil. Thank you all for a sensational experience. ????

A MILLION THANKS to Gabriele Mazzotta, my sales advisor at Bergstrom Volvo. I had an early-morning self-inflicted situation that required assistance and Gabe dropped everything to help me. He answerd his phone before normal hours, he made calls to the service team so he could advise me on what to do, he set me up with a tow truck (yes, it was that bad) and even personally delivered a loaner to my location to use while mine was in the shop.
