2026 Volvo XC60 T8 Ultra Dark AWD

Volvo of Midlothian truly deserves to be recognized for their top-class, unmatched customer service in all areas. My first experience with this dealer was in 2021 when I was interested in trading in an S60 for an XC40. I worked with Jacob during this trade/sale and his knowledge of the vehicle, patience, respect, and just overall customer service was unparalleled to any other experience I've had at other dealerships. Since then, I have come back multiple times to have my car serviced (from factory recommended maintenance, replacing windshields (my fault), one issue with a hose leak), and the majority of my interactions with the service department has been with Mark. Mark is incredible at his job - I feel that he has always been transparent and honest with me about what does/does not need to be done, and I always know my car(s) will be in good hands with them. My most recent experience with this dealer is a result of an incredibly frustrating and negative experience at Safford Brown Volkswagen (buyer beware - I do NOT recommend anyone go there to buy or service a vehicle). My husband and I found ourselves in a less than desirable situation with his car and horrible treatment by Safford Brown. My husband and I knew we needed to get rid of our Volkswagen ASAP. knew I wanted to come back to this Volvo dealership to see what our options were to replace his Volkswagen because I truly feel that this dealer always done right by me. We worked with Ab who was fantastic (very easy to talk to, extremely patient with all of my questions and requests to see different vehicles). We were able to find a perfect car (a beautiful XC60) that we feel safe in and are so happy with. Even if you are not interested in Volvos, I would highly recommend going to this dealer to see what other options they may have. This dealer has customers for LIFE with me and my husband. I truly hope that Volvo Corporate and the Haley Automative Group are aware of just how great of a dealership they have here.

I was looking at Mercedes and they had a Volvo. I thought the car was so nice inside and said I needed to check them out at the Volvo dealer. I met Jacob he was the nicest guy. He took me for a test drive and I loved the how many features it had and my favorite was the crystal shifter!!!!. I knew this was for me. The leasing went so smoothly with Wally and Jacob. My husband and I were very pleased with how fast it went. Kudos to Jacob and Wally for this great experience!!!!
