What a difference between Volvo and BMW. You visit Volvo they are respectful and treat you right. If you visit BMW, they treat you like dirt if you don't own a BMW. All under the Rusnak company, however, we can see that Volvo hired the better employees. 5 stars for Volvo Westlake and their team

I don’t have the most patience when dealing with purchasing or leasing new cars and it has never been a pleasurable experience for me but this time was different. Mohamed was awesome to work with, he didn’t “sell” me and use all the usual tactics but set realistic expectations and was candid. My wife and I have been with Volvo for 3 years and the cars sell themselves. Mohamed let what was going to happen, happen, read the room and got us into a new Volvo. I would definitely go back to Rusnak Volvo, and am planning to because of the experience Mohamed gave us.
