We purchased a 2024 XC60 T8 Ultimate (Vapour Grey / Blonde Interior) from Alina Nguyen at Borton, and we could not be happier with the car and the experience. Picking up your new car at the World of Volvo in Gothenburg, touring the Volvo factory and driving 1600 miles through Sweden and Germany was such a unique way to buy a car. We think Plug-In Hybrids are the way to go for now and Volvo to us had the best technology and the nicest cars in this class. Alina and the team at Borton were always personal and quick in all communication, really nice to comes across a car dealer with no nonsense or funny sales tactics. We did several test drives to be sure we love the car, and they always accommodated us without being pushy. Alina knows the cars advanced technology well and made sure we understood all options and features to make the right purchase decisions when custom ordering the vehicle. You can tell she loves all things Volvo! The Borton team helped to get us a good financing rate through Volvo as well, which made the purchase even easier for us. The OSD program has an extra 5% discount off the MSRP, plus Volvo pays the flights for two people, two nights hotel and all local transfers. It's such a great program! Everyone at Borton genuinely cares to give you a fair deal and a have a great experience with Volvo. I cannot recommend the Volvo Overseas Delivery program enough, and working with Alina has been a great process for us.
Excellent Service Experience at Borton Volvo I appreciate the exceptional service I receive at Borton Volvo. The check-in is a breeze, and getting my car back is just as smooth. While I wait, they have a great setup with coffee, snacks, water, and even workspaces where I can plug in my laptop. Sometimes, I can even find a quiet spot if I need to focus. Highly recommend!
