Niel Hugo is your man! He's so kind, warm, and knowledgeable! I already knew I wanted a Volvo but he was so passionate when discussing the safety and the features he could tell I'd use. He takes his time and never makes you feel rushed. All of the staff at Volvo is fantastic, including Shawn the manager.
