2026 Volvo XC60

I’m sharing my positive, exciting car purchase from Open Road Volvo in Edison, NJ. I’ve purchased quite a few cars in my day, but this has been, by far, the best experience from start to finish! My car advisor, Ken Kiczales not only connected the right vehicle for me, but he made sure I got every discount or service available and did it all with a smile! I would recommend Ken to anyone who’s looking for a quality Volvo, new or used. Now this deal was a bit challenging due to some financial circumstances, but that’s what made the deal so incredible and I have to applaud Open Road for getting this done for me, all with friendly service from the GM to the finance person to to car maintenance folks. Yes, I will be buying more cars from Open Road and thank you to Ken Kiczales and team for a great car buying experience, I love my new (used) Volvo V60!

Patrick provided excellent customer service. He heard my concerns and was able to put my mind at ease since my previous vehicle was stolen. I love that Open Road Volvo provides vehicle replacement assistance in the event of a total loss due to theft. Patrick made the process of leasing a new vehicle as smooth as possible and he helped to find every discount possible to get me a good price. Everyone at Open Road Volvo was very friendly and I would highly recommend them. It was definitely worth the trip since I live in Brooklyn.
