I made a trip across the state to have Crown Volvo do some service on our 2016 XC90 based on getting the run around from another dealer and the reputation of the Crown location. I spoke with Brian to make the appointment in advance and confirm the work planned and associated cost, and met Joseph the day of the appointment. Both were great communicators and I could tell both were focused on standing out in the area of customer experience. The dealership waiting area is immaculate, and has several comfortable spaces to hang out if you need to wait, which we did. Ellie does a great job welcoming guests as the lobby assistant. My 7 year old spent two hours with me waiting during the service and said his favorite part of the day was hanging out at the Volvo dealer. I do not typically take the time to write reviews, but making an exception based on having such a great experience at Crown Volvo. I just wish they were not 3 hours away from where I live. Definitely worth the drive.
Michael Grace from Crown moved me into a new XC90 today and the experience was exceptional. The deal he put together was exactly what I wanted. To the penny. Everything he did for me exemplifies the highest level concierge service! He communicated everything I needed to know long before I stepped foot on the dealership floor. He took em through every aspect of the vehicle, things I need to know, cool things the car does I wanted to know and made sure everything was connected to my mobile device before I drove away. The vehicles are worth every penny. This is car you an trust and will walk away from if the worst accident ever comes to pass. If you go to Crown, speak with Michael - you'll be happy with the experience long after leaving the dealership. And of course the financing is always something people worry about. Don't. Anthony Coleman, the Financial Services Manager will make it work. Again, another reason customers like me keep going back year after year to Crown. Sales, Service, Experience and Value.
We had a great experience with Michael Grace at Crown Volvo. He is an excellent sales person. He was very knowledgeable regarding the cars and was super good at explaining how the car operates. He was enthusiastic but calm. I appreciated that. I would not hesitate to recommend if you are interested in buying a Volvo.
