2026 Volvo XC60

I purchased my used BMW M235i from East Hartford Volvo in Feb 2023. The process was very smooth and was able to come to an agreement that we all were happy with. Till this day the car is still running perfectly and I have no complaints. William Damberg was my salesman and made everything so easy and wasn't pushy at all. Side Note: My birthday is Jan 6th and he even emailed and personally called me to wish me a early birthday. I am in the car industry myself and small things like this is what counts the most. Overall a great and professional experience with East Hartford Volvo Sales Dept!!

I was in need for a new car unexpectedly after an accident and did a lot of research before heading out to purchase a used vehicle. I was looking at 2021 Mercedes, BMW and Volvo, but was undecided between a sedan and SUV. After looking at Mercedes, and having an underwhelming shopping experience at local BMW dealership, I walked into Gengras Volvo in East Hartford and immediately felt welcomed and appreciated. My son and I were offered beverages and snacks while we waited briefly for a sales person, just a nice touch. As soon as I met Julian Crespo I could tell he was going to help me find the right vehicle for me. Unlike BMW where I felt the sales person could care less about helping me through the shopping experience, Julian was attentive, patient, caring, genuinely interested, and spent a lot of time showing us several cars that met my requirements and price and helping me decide between sedan and SUV. We test drove two vehicles and he would have test driven as many as I wanted. I decided on a XC60 T5 Momentum and Julian walked me through every step of the buying process, with great details and frequent communication and guidance. 24 hours later, I was back to pick up my car and received the same level of service and accommodation that I experienced on Friday. The whole signing experience was pleasant, efficient and no surprises. It was all said and done in about 45 minutes including the detailed walk through of the vehicle and setting up the Volvo app with Julian. At this point, I am extremely happy with Gengras Volvo and highly recommend asking for Julian Crespo as your sales person.
